Join to apply for the Junior Sous Chef role at The Wright Group in Anglers Rest. This is a fast-paced restaurant that serves fresh food in a professional kitchen environment.

Role involves assisting and directing, preparing and presenting our menu to established standards. 1+ year of experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen is essential with drive and enthusiasm to learn. Both food hygiene and HACCP knowledge are essential; further training will be provided.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist our chefs with the overall running of the kitchen
  • Monitor HACCP procedures and hygiene standards
  • Maintain a high quality of our menu and its presentation
  • Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
