Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in managing teams, controlling costs, and improving store performance. You will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally within an environment with fresh foods
  • Experience using retail IT systems to understand stock and sales trends
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in high-pressure situations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a high level of confidence
