Workshop Technician

Job Description:
">This is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for managing the repair of medical devices returned by customers. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to customers, field engineers, and the sales team.
The ideal candidate will be part of a workshop team responsible for completing tasks allocated, following processes and procedures recommended by the manufacturer. They will ensure all activity is recorded on our Service Management system.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.">
- Attend training courses and communicate with suppliers as necessary.">
- Liaise with manufacturers to resolve problems and manage stock.">
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in biomedical engineering or a related field. They will also possess good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
">Previous experience in a customer support role is advantageous, but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, both verbally and in writing.
