Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Resort Reservations mailbox with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Have full knowledge of the Resort Rate Structure, including various packages on offer.
  • Liaise directly with all hotel reservation enquiries, from quotation to confirmation and arrival.
  • Ensure that every effort is made to confirm all leisure and dining, transport requirements when guests make reservations and again when confirming their stay prior to arrival.
  • Enter reservations correctly into the system.
  • Book rooms, dining, SAP, golf, leisure, and transport for guests.
  • Deal with Tour Operators regarding bookings made and pre-payment required.
  • Complete weekly reports as required, i.e., arrival report, VIP report, etc.

Requirements:

  • Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Have excellent negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Have fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Be flexible in working hours.
  • Knowledge of Opera is desirable.
