About the Role
">We are seeking a Business Risk Specialist to join our team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role based in our City Centre offices, with opportunities to work from home and enjoy a balanced approach of working from home for part of the week and working from the office for the remainder of the week.
">As a Business Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of operational risk management tasks, maintaining the operational risk management system, and identifying and assessing risks through the Risk and Control Self-Assessment programme. You will also support the development, monitoring and reporting of risk metrics, and provide inputs to the preparation of quality risk reports for senior management, Group and the Board Risk Committee.
">The successful candidate will have experience in working in a risk or other oversight function in a financial services company, and an understanding of an operational risk management framework and of an investment business would be an advantage. Proficiency in M365 applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Flow automate and Forms is also required.
">We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. You should be able to work across teams efficiently and effectively in a busy environment, and have good interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication capabilities. A relevant third level and/or professional qualification would be an advantage.
