Engineering Leader for Process Development

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading our process engineering organization in Limerick and ensuring the development of reliable and compliant equipment and systems for our manufacturing processes. Our team is responsible for providing process engineering support to our manufacturing operations, planning and developing engineering capabilities, and overseeing local capital projects required to support our manufacturing facilities.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching engineering staff, completing performance reviews and development planning, and overseeing engineering staffing including recruitment, resource planning, and succession planning. You will also provide leadership and develop objectives to deliver business plan goals as they relate to safety, quality, and equipment/process effectiveness and efficiency.

We are looking for an experienced engineering professional with a strong track record of delivery and leadership. You will have a proven capability within a GMP Manufacturing environment and a high learning agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty. You will also have the ability to establish and maintain key relationships across all levels in the organisation.

  • Oversight of local capital projects required to support manufacturing facilities in Limerick
  • Supervising and coaching engineering staff
  • Oversight of engineering staffing including recruitment, resource planning, and succession planning
  • Providing leadership and developing objectives to deliver business plan goals

Requirements:

  • Engineering honors degree qualified
  • 10 years relevant industry experience including leadership roles
  • Proven capability within a GMP Manufacturing environment
