Senior Engineering Leader

The Senior Engineering Leader is a key role in supporting the manufacturing operation.

This position is responsible for the development and productivity of engineering professionals to ensure reliable and compliant equipment and systems are used for our processes.

  • Overseeing the process engineering organization and integrating it into the site process engineering organization.
  • Providing process engineering support to manufacturing operations.
  • Planning and developing engineering capabilities for biotech drug substance manufacturing.
  • Providing oversight to local capital projects required to support manufacturing facilities.

This role requires a leader who can drive results in a fast-paced environment, provide coaching to others, and lead by example.

Required Qualifications

An individual with an engineering honors degree and ideally 10 years relevant industry experience including leadership roles.

A proven capability within a GMP Manufacturing environment is essential.
