Identity Governance Tech Lead

Job Summary:
">This role will lead a team of identity operations engineers, focusing on delivering and securing Identity and Access Management services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, incident management, change management, and problem resolution related to IAM focusing on Identity governance services.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for managing IAM systems, ensuring secure and efficient support for identity and access services.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance, address risks, and enhance our IAM program.">
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve identified problems, ensure that solutions are tested and validated before deployment, and perform detailed root cause analysis and document findings.">
- Work closely with other IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation of services.">
- Communicate effectively to resolve issues and implement changes.">
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance problem management processes.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.">
- 5+ years of proven experience in supporting, delivering, and securing Identity and Access Management services.">
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with deep expertise in areas like identity provisioning, access management, identity governance, and administration.">
- Experience with IT service management (ITIL).">
- Ability to work with a distributed and virtual team.">
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and thought leadership.">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.">
Additional Preferences:

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.">
- Experience with cloud-based architecture, with knowledge of AWS and/or Azure, and awareness of cloud platform security and controls.">
