Job Title: Pavement Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

  • Manage and deliver high-quality pavement engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement innovative design options for construction and maintenance, ensuring optimal results within budget and timeline.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members while delivering exceptional project outcomes.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with Chartered or nearing Chartered status. It also demands knowledge of pavement design principles and materials, experience with international pavement design standards, understanding of construction techniques and maintenance practices, and proficiency in geotechnical and pavement evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage pavement infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and project delivery skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in pavement engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered or nearing Chartered status.
  • Knowledge of pavement design principles and materials.
  • Experience with international pavement design standards.
