Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Mechanical Project Lead to spearhead the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial and industrial projects in the Dublin area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end mechanical project delivery: planning, procurement, installation, commissioning
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to ensure work is on time, on spec, and within budget
  • Review technical drawings & specifications and implement value engineering where needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
  • Monitor project costs, report progress, and manage resources & schedules
  • Conduct site inspections, manage snagging, and ensure smooth handover

Requirements:

  • Mechanical trade or engineering qualification
  • Proven experience managing mechanical / HVAC projects in a project management role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical / HVAC drawings & specifications
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to work on site
