Key Leadership Role

This is a pivotal leadership position within the hotels, accountable for formulating and executing strategies to secure new business opportunities and enhance revenue across the bedroom and events segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy with a primary focus on corporate bedroom sales and group bookings.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building with corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to secure repeat business and encourage referrals.
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure all bedroom and group bookings align with the hotels' revenue objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • In-depth understanding of group and conference booking processes, enabling customization of offerings to meet diverse client needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
