Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Regional Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. In return for joining us as our Regional Sales Manager we can offer you a competitive salary of €47,000 + Performance Related Bonus

Territory: South Dublin / Wicklow / Wexford / Kildare / Carlow / Kilkenny / Waterford / Offaly / Westmeath

What you will be doing as our Regional Sales Manager?
  • Leading, training, and motivating a team of up to 13 Field Executives to drive visibility and sales of our clients' products within the nominated outlets across a region.
  • Developing & maintaining performance standards through on-going training, motivation, and evaluation. Spending a minimum of 1 day with each team member every 4 weeks.
  • Completing instore audits every 8 weeks per FE to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Reviewing results and call data as necessary to ensure delivery of each KPI.
  • Planning & delivering motivational monthly team briefing and training meetings.
  • Reporting to Ireland Channel Director in respect of team performance.
  • Budget management.
What will you need to become our Regional Sales Manager?
  • Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Ability to think strategically & analyse data.
  • Knowledge of grocery and convenience retail sector.
  • Previous People Management Experience.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results.
  • Dem demonstrable commercial acumen.
  • Willing to stay away.
  • Clean driving licence.
