Project Manager - Residential and Mixed-Use Developments
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile residential and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property development and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and develop project briefs.
- Establish overall project budgets and procure additional project team members as required.
- Supervise design and procurement processes through to construction and final handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' post graduate construction/project management experience.
- Qualification at Level 8 in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture or similar.
- Demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
- Current full class B drivers' licence and access to own car.
