Our team is looking for a skilled Asset Information and Data Specialist to join our department.

About the Role:
  • Maintain and optimize asset hierarchies, maintenance records, and work order tracking in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Develop and implement plant availability and reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), downtime analysis, and asset criticality.
  • Ensure site safety file accuracy based on the asset register and respond to client requests for information.
  • Collate and communicate asset-related data as required and ensure data quality across all maintenance and asset-related systems.
  • Support Operations and Maintenance teams by delivering daily, weekly, and monthly asset performance dashboards.
  • Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and external contractors for timely and complete data entry into our CMMS.
  • Develop processes for capturing and analyzing breakdown and maintenance trends to inform predictive strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in asset lifecycle management and maintenance optimization.
  • Support audit and regulatory compliance through effective data management and traceability.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant certifications in CMMS/Asset Management are desirable.
  • Experience with our CMMS or another similar system.
  • Strong knowledge of plant availability metrics and maintenance performance KPIs.
  • Competence in Excel, and preferably Power BI, for generating automated reports and dashboards.
  • Experience in analyzing maintenance trends, failure data, and operational logs.
  • Understanding of maintenance workflows, asset hierarchies, and job scheduling processes.
