Sportsturf and Landscape Maintenance Team Lead Role

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to lead our Sportsturf and Landscape Maintenance team at a prestigious university. Your role will involve planning and delivering high-quality campus maintenance services across all campuses.

The successful candidate will provide cohesive oversight and leadership to a team of approximately 15 staff, including grounds personnel, operatives, and craft gardeners. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver maintenance services for hard and soft landscaping, litter management, sports grounds, drainage, and tree collection.

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team. You should have experience in sportsturf and landscape maintenance, with knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
