Maintenance Leadership Opportunity
Job Description:The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance department and ensuring a proactive service is delivered across all restaurant locations. This involves overseeing daily maintenance tasks, supervising the maintenance team, and managing external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance department and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and support the maintenance team and external contractors.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage maintenance-related tasks and prioritize daily activities.
- Proven experience in hands-on maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong working knowledge of general building trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, painting, tiling, and general repairs.
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Clear understanding of site health and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional overnight work.
As a successful candidate, you will be expected to work in a safe, efficient manner following health and safety policies and build strong working relationships with team members and store-level management.
