Job Title: Sales and Performance Coach

This role involves promoting and selling products, as well as coaching staff to improve sales techniques. Exceptional customer service is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell company products, meeting personal targets.
  • Coach staff on sales techniques and revenue goals.
  • Ensure team members are trained and compliant with procedures.

Additionally, you will work closely with management to ensure vehicle availability meets demand, monitor performance on upgrades, including conversion rates, revenue, and customer value. You will train staff on effective upgrade dialogues to enhance customer experience and revenue.

Requirements:
  • Full B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A proven leader with a passion for people development and frontline engagement.
