Service & Sales Performance Coach – Dublin Airport
Location: Dublin Airport
Hours: 40 hours per week | Rostered across Monday to Sunday | Flexibility required (evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
Our client, a leading name in the vehicle rental and mobility sector, is looking to appoint a Service & Sales Performance Coach to support and drive frontline performance at Dublin Airport. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight, and commercial performance coaching within a busy, customer-facing environment.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on position with a focus on coaching staff to deliver excellent service while maximising sales opportunities. Reporting to station leadership, the Service & Sales Performance Coach will lead by example on the frontline—supporting customer engagement, tracking key performance metrics, and continuously developing team capability.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales CoachingDrive customer satisfaction and revenue by promoting services and upsell opportunitiesProvide one-to-one and group coaching sessions to improve sales performance and customer interaction skillsConsistently reinforce high standards of customer service across all touchpointsSupport a culture of accountability, positivity, and commercial awareness among staffOperational OversightEnsure all staff are fully trained and working in compliance with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with station leadership to maintain vehicle availability aligned with booking demandMonitor upgrade sales and conversion metrics; coach staff on delivering service-led, value-driven conversationsOversee rental documentation accuracy and underwriting procedures to ensure complianceSupport the secure handling of vehicles, premises, and customer dataStandards & SafetyChampion a clean, professional, and customer-ready workplacePromote adherence to all health and safety policies; act as a role model in maintaining a safe working environmentCarry out additional tasks as directed by managementCandidate Profile
Full, clean B driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years preferred)Flexible approach to work patterns, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProven leadership experience in coaching or supervising customer-facing teamsStrong background in sales and customer service within a target-driven environmentConfident communicator with a passion for people development and service qualityStrong organisational skills, able to prioritise between coaching, operational delivery, and performance managementWhat's on Offer
