Service Performance Coach

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Service Performance Coach to lead frontline operations and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
As a key leader, you will combine team leadership, sales coaching, and operational oversight to achieve exceptional service standards and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities include promoting and selling products and services, coaching staff to improve sales techniques, ensuring exceptional customer service standards, and training staff on effective upgrade dialogues.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and customer service, preferably in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
They should be able to work flexibly, including weekends and peak periods, and have a proven track record of leading teams and developing staff to deliver results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Flexible to work varied shifts
- 40 hour working week
- Full clean B driving license held for a minimum of 2 years preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
