Job Title: Outsourced Activities Coordinator


About the Role

The role of an outsourced activities coordinator is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of delegated activities to partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and testing of delegated activities to partners, including sales and distribution processes, subscriptions process, claims and complaints handling, adherence to defined SLAs, fraud checks, freedom of services checks, AML checks, BCP checks, data protection, and information technology security.
  • Analyzing data from scorecards collected by the first line to monitor partner performance on delegated activities.
  • Delivering consolidated reports of control results on partnerships.
  • Liasing with the risk function to ensure control results are integrated into the company's risk assessment and monitoring framework.
  • Maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with compliance standards and new requirements.
  • Performing onsite and/or remote controls of partner processes, procedures, and systems to ensure activities align with contractual obligations, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Assessing partner remediation plans followed up by the first line of defense in case of identified weaknesses and defining the corresponding effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
