Electrical Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned project management professional with a strong technical background and experience in managing HV/MV electrical engineering projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and risk management plans.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and contractual obligations to ensure financial performance.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of project management experience within HV/MV electrical engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and national electrical regulations.
  • Experience in managing substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and forecasts.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
