Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a senior leader to shape the sponsorship and partnership strategy, performance, and value of all sponsorship and partnership activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and evolve the sponsorship and partnership strategy to grow brand relevance, audience connection, and commercial return.
- Embed activity across wider marketing and customer experience.
- Secure and manage high-value sponsorships, set ambitious KPIs, and deliver strong ROI.
- Conduct regular reviews to optimise performance and identify new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, 5+ years' experience in marketing management, sponsorship, or partnerships, and a proven track record of securing and managing major sponsorships.
They will also possess strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management experience, as well as experience leading teams and delivering complex events. A strategic, creative, and data-driven approach with a passion for innovation is essential.
Measures of Success:- Growth in sponsorship ROI, brand equity, and customer retention.
- Strong integration of sponsorships into marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- High-impact events and partnerships recognised at a national level.
- Development of a high-performing, motivated team.
