Job Title: Content Partnership Lead

This is a highly rewarding role for a strategic and experienced professional to lead the development and delivery of content-driven partnerships that connect brands with audiences through storytelling and media alignment.



About the Role

The successful candidate will have 8+ years' experience in content partnerships, sponsorship, media or brand marketing, ideally within an agency or media-owner environment. They will be responsible for leading the strategy, planning and execution of content partnerships across our client portfolio.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver integrated campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners, publishers, and broadcasters to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Analyse and report on partnership performance, using insights to continually optimise campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the Irish media landscape and how to leverage content across multiple platforms (TV, digital, social, audio, events).
  • A creative and commercial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture vision with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong client management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
