Content Partnership Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our content partnership initiatives, driving innovative strategies and campaigns that connect brands with audiences through storytelling and media alignment.

About the Role:
  • Leverage industry expertise to develop and execute content partnerships that deliver engaging experiences for clients and their customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Promote new business opportunities by developing and presenting compelling content partnership proposals.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in content partnerships, sponsorship, media or brand marketing, ideally within an agency or media-owner environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the Irish media landscape and ability to leverage content across multiple platforms.
  • A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to balance big-picture vision with strategic execution.
  • Strong client management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Experience leading and developing a team.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
