Job Summary

A highly skilled Technical Talent Sourcing Specialist is needed to help drive business growth by attracting top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and drive a seamless hiring process.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine recruiting strategies, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract top talent.
  • Lead structured interview panel meetings and debriefs to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
Requirements
  1. At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Strong ability to source and attract top engineering talent through various channels.
  3. Solid understanding of the global technical hiring landscape.
  4. Excellent multitasking skills, including balancing multiple roles, collaborating with different teams, and keeping the hiring process moving smoothly.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building trust and strong relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data to guide decision-making and improve recruiting processes.
  7. Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub, and other networking platforms to connect with top talent.
  8. A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, taking initiative, learning quickly, and excited to level up your recruiting craft.
