About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management support to our merchant clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering comprehensive account management services, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. This includes setting up online reporting, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on best practices.

You will utilize a sophisticated CRM tool to meticulously track all client interactions, correspondences, and outcomes. This will enable you to provide a seamless and personalized client experience.
