Homecare Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our team, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily tasks and personal care.

This rewarding role involves providing compassionate care and support to those who need it most. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support to individuals in their homes
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Support clients with meal preparation and household chores
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • 1 year of paid home care experience
  • QQI Level 5 (Care Skills and Care of the Older Person) qualification
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Good standard of English - both spoken and written
  • Flexibility to work alternative weekends
