Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing post
- Scan payments into the system
- Photocopy and bind documents
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared for use
- Meet and greet visitors
- Order office supplies as needed
- Maintain the contacts directory
- Answer and transfer calls
- Organize office areas, including filing and shredding
- Assist the Collections team when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require a BA in Law or related field (not essential) and 6-12 months of experience in a general administrative position. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, are also essential. As a team player, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
