Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide expert HR support to management teams, develop and implement HR policies, manage HR systems, and lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management teams on employee relations matters, including grievances and disputes resolution.
  • Manage HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, aligning with changing legislation and CRH compliance requirements.
  • Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, focusing on strategic priorities.
  • Empower key talent through identification of potential career paths, training, and development opportunities.

About You:

  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in human resources or industrial relations.
  • Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrated through previous work experience.
  • A proactive, self-starter with proven employee engagement skills and business acumen.
