Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our organization. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our quality and environmental systems.

This includes monthly reporting, preparation of project quality packs, as-builts, and management of testing and inspection requirements.

  • Manage and maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager and other departments to ensure processes are working and recorded through IMS.
  • Maintain current and future ISO standards.
  • Work with our Management team to incorporate quality, environmental, and energy management requirements into decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Control data gathering processes for report preparation.
  • Submit yearly reports.
  • Manage data, correspondence, and documentation storage.
  • Initiate safety, quality, and design documentation for activities and submit to stakeholders.
  • Review plans, procedures, and RAMs when required.
  • Conduct regular management reviews and measure objectives, targets, and risks annually.
  • Develop measuring tools for project and process performance with the Operations Manager.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality Management role.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and results-oriented.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage staffing effectively.
  • Time management and prioritization of work for self and team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills.
