About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service and Asset Analyst to join our growing UK&I IT team within the Change Management Function. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of our asset register, conducting data analysis, and mapping data lineage through our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the asset register and identify key data assets.
  2. Conduct analysis of data assets to determine ownership, classification, and criticality using internal methodology.
  3. Document and diagram data lineage through UK&I Retail systems and services.
  4. Review and document data sources, including external senders and hosted SFTPs.
  5. Map data flow from source through platforms, including data warehouse and storage solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  2. Ability to engage with stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
  3. Experience working collaboratively across departments.
