We are seeking a highly skilled cost professional to join our project team in Ireland. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare cost calculations for emerging technologies.
  • Support general costing queries raised by the sales department.
  • Assist in developing financial status reports for active contracts.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of cost configurators.
  • Support continuous improvement of internal costing processes.
  • Prepare budget estimates during project pre-costing phase.
  • Generate cost estimates for production and optional technical features in tenders.
  • Participate in contract financial reviews.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is essential.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and connect design with cost impact.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
