The role of the Quality Systems Supervisor plays a critical part in ensuring product quality. This position requires strong expertise in regulatory requirements and experience in designing quality systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering functions to drive quality awareness and implement improvements to ensure product quality.
- Implement and monitor key quality indicators within manufacturing processes to identify unexpected events and preventative measures.
- Conduct regular reviews of manufacturing operations to monitor factors that may affect product quality.
- Review and evaluate internal batch records to facilitate disposition of product for release.
- Manage Incoming Materials Testing Laboratory and site retention process.
- Degree-educated professional with 3+ years industry experience.
- Working knowledge of EU & US regulatory requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing quality systems, preferably in start-up environments.
- Knowledge of inhalation dosage forms is an advantage.
