Sustainable Data Center Design Lead

The Design Manager plays a pivotal role in leading cross-discipline design teams in delivering high-performance, sustainable data centers. As the primary liaison between clients and the design team, you will ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Managing structured delivery of design in line with the project plan, focusing on programme, budget, and quality targets.
- Promoting safety protocols throughout the design process and ensuring compliance with BIM standards.
- Developing and managing comprehensive design programmes, tracking milestones and deliverables.
- Leading design change management and value engineering efforts to enhance project outcomes.
This position requires a strong track record of leading cross-discipline teams, with experience in delivering design on large, complex projects highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be collaborative and flexible, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A degree in Engineering, Design Management, Construction, or a related field is essential.
