Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our team in Dublin, with expertise in restructuring and insolvency matters. As a Senior Associate level lawyer, you will be involved in all aspects of our practice group's work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on restructuring and insolvency matters, including contentious and non-contentious restructurings.
  • Interpreting and analysing relevant legal principles and advising clients on practical solutions and strategies.
  • Developing and expanding client relationships important to our success.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A high level of technical expertise and superior drafting skills.
  • Client focus and commitment to delivering excellent work product.
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver commercially focused advice with minimal supervision.
  • Leadership skills and ability to develop junior lawyers.
  • Hardworking and resilient approach to the role.
