We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to fill the position of Recruitment Consultant. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets, objectives, and weekly KPIs as set by the division manager
- Stay up-to-date with products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes
- 1-2 years experience in a sales or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven
- Ability to travel nationwide as required
