Senior Business Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Deliver high-impact projects in the financial services industry by leveraging Transfer Agency expertise.
About the Role

You will work closely with various teams to drive change from initiation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Enhancements: Develop, coordinate, and implement process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles.
  • Project Planning: Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed with proposed solutions.
  • Productivity Initiatives: Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals, complete and review all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

  • Transfer Agency experience is a must – ideally within a funds environment.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
