We are seeking a skilled Business Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our change management function, you will work with clients and internal teams to deliver projects from initiation to implementation and benefits realization.
About the RoleThis is a 9-month contract requiring 3 days onsite in Limerick. The successful applicant must have transfer agency experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Delivery
- Define, coordinate, and deliver development and process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycle standards.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse, scope, and document improvements.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, manage deliverables, and track progress against milestones, ensuring adherence to governance lifecycles.
- Produce well-documented business requirements and obtain timely approvals.
- Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate with solutions where necessary.
- Proactively implement productivity and process improvements to drive efficiencies, client satisfaction, and cost savings.
- Ensure testing (UAT) is completed on time with appropriate supporting evidence.
- Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals when required.
- Transfer Agency Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis in a transfer agency.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Track record of building effective working relationships internally and with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills, able to work to multiple competing deadlines.
- Strong MS Project skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
