As a seasoned Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving change within our client-focused environment. You will work on high-impact projects within the financial services industry, collaborating closely with Clients, Technology, Operations, Relationship Management, and Product teams to deliver meaningful change.

About the Role

You will join the Client Change Practice team, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, scope, and document improvements. Your primary objective will be to define, coordinate, and deliver process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to identify and address inefficiencies, proposing targeted solutions to drive productivity and process improvement initiatives.
  • Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.
  • Oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensuring timely approvals and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete and review all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
  • A strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
  • Transfer Agency experience within a funds environment is a must, with a proven track record of delivering process improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
