Financial Services Business Analyst

We're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to high-impact projects within the financial services industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful change. You'll join the Client Change Practice team, working closely with clients, technology, operations, relationship management, and product teams to drive process enhancements and improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver process enhancements according to agreed specifications and project lifecycles.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to analyse, scope, and document improvements.
  • Create and maintain project plans, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to governance lifecycles.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when needed with proposed solutions.
  • Drive productivity and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensure timely approvals, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals.
  • Complete and review all required documentation for the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with:

  • Transfer Agency experience, ideally within a funds environment.
  • A strong background in Business Analysis with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Confident communication skills, able to influence and drive decisions at senior levels.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
