Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless transitions and comprehensive training programs.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among team members.
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to foster professional growth and advancement.
- Evaluate current communication channels and protocols within the department and propose improvements to enhance clarity, transparency, and overall effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to encourage open communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Optimise SharePoint architecture platforms for optimal visualisation, data management, and communication.
- Design and implement customised SharePoint solutions to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visualisation.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in business processes improvement, project management, or organisational development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- High proficiency in SharePoint architecture, Microsoft office suites & power apps.
