Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with digital and data solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that business needs are clearly understood, effectively translated into technical solutions, and successfully implemented across systems.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. The successful candidate will be able to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, develop process maps and flowcharts, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize and optimize business processes.
  • Analyze and create stakeholder maps early in the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable goals and break down complex requirements into user stories or use cases.
  • Prioritize user stories and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders based on impact and urgency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Digital Integration, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
