Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned retail professional to manage and lead our store.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring seamless delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Analyse sales figures to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Maintain high standards for team performance, motivating staff to achieve goals.
  • Supervise day-to-day store management, including stock control and cash handling.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, driving loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet commercial needs of the business.
  • Manage store operations efficiently, balancing costs and rostering.
  • Effectively manage colleagues, conducting regular appraisals and coaching sessions.
  • Evaluate and ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Store Manager/People Manager in a similar environment.
  • Able to motivate and lead a team, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Prior experience in a dispensary setting is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Positive attitude, drive, and enthusiasm, with the ability to take responsibility and make informed decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and analyse sales data.
