Clinical Lead in Orthopaedic Early Supported Discharge

The Beaumont Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team in the Orthopaedic Early Supported Discharge Service. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for developing pathways of care for patients exiting the acute hospital. This role involves providing post-acute domiciliary care to patients discharged home following orthopaedic intervention.
This position requires a Senior Physiotherapist with a strong background in clinical leadership and management. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for patients and staff at all times, and act upon all issued staff policies. Additionally, you will contribute to service provision planning and delivery of care across the broad physiotherapy team, with specific focus on service provision within your own physiotherapy service.
You will work collaboratively with other physiotherapists, medical, nursing and other health and social care professionals to provide high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy services. Your experience in developing and implementing physiotherapy services will be essential in this role.
