Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Physiotherapist in our Orthopaedic Early Supported Discharge team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing pathways of care for patients transitioning from the acute hospital setting.
  • Providing post-acute domiciliary care to patients discharged home following orthopaedic interventions.
  • Managing a caseload of patients and contributing to service planning and delivery.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and managing risk.
  • Budget management and attendance at meetings.


You will be an experienced Physiotherapist with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. A proven track record of clinical/academic achievement and experience in relevant areas are highly desirable.
