Responsibilities:
  1. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents for sales, acquisitions, leasing, and finance within the aircraft leasing industry.
  2. Structuring and negotiating finance agreements for complex transactions.
  3. Reviewing term sheets and proposals for new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years PQE in asset leasing or finance, with a solid academic and professional background (in-house or private practice). They will also have proven expertise in drafting and negotiation, with strong commercial acumen, experience in working within a global, multi-disciplinary team, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
