Job Description

Datavant Ireland is a leading healthcare analytics consultancy that supports organizations in protecting individual privacy through data de-identification. We are seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Data Scientist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Processing and analyzing large health-related datasets
  • Contributing to reports
  • Working on variety of privacy-related projects
Requirements
  • Expertise in manipulation, integration, processing, interrogation of large datasets
  • Proficiency in R and/or Python with strong coding skills and annotation protocols
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail in producing comprehensive reports
  • Understanding of statistical probability distributions, bias, error, power, sampling methods
Bonus Points
  • Awareness of effective data privacy security methods and relevant legislation
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services cloud storage computing facilities
  • Interest in synthetic data machine learning; knowledge of health information types
