As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly content that helps improve how information fits within our information maps and models. Your work will strengthen the overall structure and semantic clarity of our content.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making. You should have experience in technical content development and delivery, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues
  • Contribute to shaping our information architecture to effectively use and reuse content
  • Improve our information maps and models by connecting content more clearly within the broader structure
  • Refine and structure taxonomies, namespaces, and search patterns to enhance user access and interaction with content
  • Work with IT to assess system architecture and recommend updates that enhance content workflows and operational efficiency
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending practical tools and processes that align with lean and cost-effective practices
