Our mission is to empower healthcare decisions with the right data, at the right time. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating clear and user-friendly content, with strong writing and editing skills. They should be able to break down complex topics for different audiences and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve documentation development issues.

This role involves contributing to shaping our information architecture and improving our information maps and models by connecting content within the broader structure. You will refine and structure taxonomies, namespaces, and search patterns to enhance how users access and interact with content.

You will also work with IT to assess system architecture and recommend updates that enhance content workflows and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making. The successful candidate will have experience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes, and software planning tools.

Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes, as well as LLM solutions, is a plus.
