Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical writer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organized individual to work with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content.

  • Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify and resolve documentation development issues
  • Contribute to shaping our information architecture to ensure effective content reuse
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical content development and delivery
  • Strong strategic planning experience, including documentation development and design
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a proven record of data-driven results thinking and approach to decision making
  • Degree educated in English, Technical Writing, or Rhetoric
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, Aha, Agile processes, and software planning tools
  • Experience with clinical trials, medical authoring/editing, science writing, and FDA guidelines for technical communication
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and processes and LLM solutions
